High quality design is crucial to your image. I’ll make sure your website, email newsletters, and social media posts look great with a clean modern aesthetic.
All content for the upcoming quarter will be created and scheduled ahead of time.
The schedule is:
- One monthly email newsletter
- One monthly Facebook post
- One monthly LinkedIn post
Once ready I'll send it to you for approval. You can request changes or make suggestions.
You'll always know what's going out on your social media channels and email newsletters.
Since this is done on a quarterly basis you'll only need to spend time on approvals four times per year.
All of the content will be "compliance ready" and should pass through your compliance department with ease and few, if any, corrections.
After you approve the content I'll send the proposed email and social media posts to your compliance department for approval.
I'll make any corrections they suggest and resubmit for approval.
Your emailed newsletters and social media will be distributed either through FMG Suite or another platform of your choice.
An email and social media distribution platform is needed for compliance, distribution, and archiving. You'll need to purchase a separate account for this service.
Your email newsletters can be sent to all of your existing clients.
In order to increase the likelihood of social media referrals it will be important to get all of your clients that use Facebook or LinkedIn connected with you.
We'll notify you when anyone comments on your posts so that you can follow up with a personal reply.
According to FINRA, social media records must be preserved for "not less than three years".
All of your social media content will be archived in evidentiary quality, making the archives suitable for compliance and litigation preparedness purposes.
FMG Suite or your chosen email and social media platform will take care of archiving your emailed newsletters and social media posts.
